Both surgeries cover a large rural area extending from Upstreet and Plucks Gutter in the north-west, down to Sheperdswell in the south-east extremity. Aylesham Medical Practice is a well organized Practice having achieved maximum points under the new GMS contract over year 2005-2006 and aspires to continue to reach this very high standard in the future.
