Extended hours held at Wingham Surgery from 6.30 - 7.45 by appointment only for patients unable to attend normal surgery hours due to work commitments
Tuesday 8.30 - 2.30 & 3.30-6.00
Wednesday 8.30 - 12.00 & 3.30 - 6.00
Extended hours held at Aylesham Medical Practice from 6.30 - 7.45 by appointment only for patients unable to attend normal surgery hours due to work commitments.
Thursday 8.30 - 12.30 & 3.30 - 5.30
Friday 8.30 - 3.30 - 6.00
Evenings where extended hours are carried out may vary due to doctors having to attend meetings.

riyaratnam, Dr Mah and Dr Collyer are the doctors who work regularly at Aylesham Medical Practice. We also have the benefit of a fully qualified Nurse Practitioner who is able to issue prescriptions. Occasionally other doctors work at Aylesham Medical Practice to cover leave. - We aim to offer appointments within 48 hours and always on the same day if you feel it is necessary and contact us prior to 10.30a.m.

- There are a selection of morning and afternoon appointments that are reserved for patients to book in advance the rest are released on the day.
Practice Nurse Clinics
Practice nurse clinics are held daily. Our Practice Nurses are available for advice on chronic disease management, health promotion, contraception and minor injury. Our nursing team comprises Jacqueline Quinn and Margo Farley. Please ask one of the Receptionists if you require an appointment with the Practice Nurse. Appointments with a Practice Nurse may be booked on the day or in advance with the receptionist, subject to availability. 
Telephone Advice
If you need to speak to a Doctor or Nurse on the telephone and the Receptionist is unable to deal with your request, you can leave a message with the Receptionist who will arrange for you to be contacted.
